1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Collect

Account data (optional)

If you create an account, we store your email address and your event preferences (interested/going status). This data is stored in Supabase and is used solely to provide the account functionality. You can delete your account at any time.

Analytics

We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used and to monitor aggregate traffic/performance trends. PostHog collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, clicks, and session recordings (with password fields masked). PostHog may set cookies on your device. Vercel Analytics is loaded only in production and provides aggregate analytics without using cookies. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser.

Event data

All running event data displayed on this site is aggregated from publicly available sources (datasport.pl, timekeeper.pl, maratonczykpomiarczasu.pl, kalendarzbiegowy.pl). We do not collect personal data from these sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide account features (interested/going tracking)
• To improve the site through anonymized analytics
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

4. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU). Analytics data is processed by PostHog (EU hosting). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/RODO)

Under EU data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability

6. Cookies

This site may use cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and analytics (PostHog). Authentication cookies are strictly necessary for logged-in features. PostHog analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via the cookie consent banner. We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate analytics in production; Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. You can also block analytics tracking via your browser settings or by enabling "Do Not Track".
